Our employees are the greatest asset of the practice, and we maintain good working relationships. There is no ‘house style’ at Barefoot & Gilles, we encourage all our staff to play to their strengths and develop new skills.

We are not hierarchical, and operate in teams of up to 8 where everyone is encouraged to be involved in all aspects of projects, including design, drawing and client liaison. Each office holds a monthly practice meeting for the exchange of news, work plans and ideas. Barefoot & Gilles is an equal opportunities employer.
